Who Should Use This Product?

Directions for Use
For temporary relief of PMS discomfort, take 2 softgels with food every 6-8 hours. For greater discomfort, take 3 softgels with food every 6-8 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 softgels in a 24-hour period.
