According to recent studies, more than half of us are sufferers of ongoing discomfort. Deep Blue^® is dōTERRA®'s soothing solution to this challenge. Wintergreen, camphor, Peppermint, blue tansy, blue Chamomile, Helichrysum and osmanthus work together to ease achy joints and sore muscles. Its effects are deep and penetrating with sustained results. Once gently rubbed into the area of discomfort, Deep Blue's cool therapeutic benefit will be felt almost immediately. Apply topically with gentle massage directly to areas of discomfort and pain. This would include areas of inflammation, sprain, bruising, sore muscles, joints, arthritis, rheumatism, and carpel tunnel. Combine with warm compresses for best results. Relief for these issues can also be effective in a bath using 4-5 drops agitated in the water or using a dispersing agent.

Pain blends are very effective against headaches and migraines. Topical massage application to areas of origin and discomfort is effective. Follow up using cup and inhale, diffuse, or carry a tissue cup and compresses.

Use topically with light massage with a carrier for children’s growing pains.

Use for irritating insect stings. Apply often until swelling, pain, and irritation subside.
