I have been working with an elderly lady who has Alzheimer’s and have
had astounding results with the ATT. I give her one a week an have
been for a year now, and her husband has informed me of the progress
through last year. After 1 treatment her depression and
despondency totally eased off, after 4 1/2 months she was talking about
getting her drivers license back and wanting to go back to work....both
of these things she was really not able to do....but I guess the thought
counts as progress is made...she has not been sick even one time this
last year (I started the ATT's on her last Jan 4th), and her husband is
convinced that she is in the peak of health for her condition and not in
a nursing home because of the essential oil treatments. I follow the
Lavender with Frankincense and copy the exact techniques with it that
you use applying the Lavender, and this is my standard on every
technique done on her every week. ... In my
personal opinion, the whole axis of my business and life with doTERRA
revolves around the ATT. Simply nothing can take its place and to
get everyone hooked into it's healing and restorative power will totally
change your life and business and the lives of everyone you come into

Emotional distress, career choices, family discord, financial worries, and
the like elevate stress levels. Clinical studies have linked
high stress and chronic stress to numerous negative health
conditions.
Exposure to a wide array of toxic insults, including
disease-causing pathogens, hormone, and pesticide contaminated
food products, and increasing levels of free-radicals from
pollution, foods, and sunlight contribute to rises in the
occurrence of varying illnesses.
The
increased consumption of food with pro-inflammatory components
(foods high in polyunsaturated vegetable oils such as safflower,
sunflower, corn and peanut oil) together with high carbohydrates,
low protein diets contribute to increased inflammation in body
systems. Stress, with its accompanying imbalance of cortisol,
can also contribute to inflammation, as do various (and
increasingly prevalent) immunological dysfunctions. Studies
increasingly show links between fatal diseases and inflammation.
The opposite of homeostasis, an
imbalance of the
autonomic nervous system (aka: the ANS or visceral
nervous system) can negatively impact health in a number
of ways. Restoring the body's homeostasis can reduce the
physiological impact of stressors on the body.

AromaTouch Technique



Lavender Essential
Oil· With hands together one either side of the spine (zone 1) start at the sacrum and pull up to the top of the head.
· For zones 2,3,4,and 5: repeat motions of zone 1 adding a swing out over the shoulders before returning to the base of the skull and continuing to the top of the head.
Massage ears from lobes to tops, 3 times.

· With hands together one either side of the spine (zone 1) start at the sacrum and pull up to the top of the head.

On Guard Essential
Oil Blend· With hands together one either side of the spine (zone 1) start at the sacrum and pull up to the top of the head.

Thumb
walk tissue pull.
Walk up each side of the spine with thumbs from

Blue Essential
